By purchasing CBD from us, you are taking the first step in trying high quality hemp CBD products. You are demonstrating that you understand that CBD isn’t a magic pill or cure-all and you are trying it at your own risk. We make no medical claims or promises. We can not be responsible for how you use the product and the results. We can only assure you, that you are getting exactly what we claim to sell. We stand behind the quality of our products and the integrity with which it arrives to you, at its final destination. If something seems out of the ordinary, please let us know.
All products should arrive to you, in one piece, unopened and unused. If the product arrives and it is damaged, appears to be used, appears to be compromised in any way, you can ABSOLUTELY exchange your purchase. If you change your mind about trying CBD, we ABSOLUTELY WILL issue a refund.
However, we will only do so within a 7 day time frame, during which you can return your UNOPENED product. Once it has arrived back to our facility in the condition which you described then we will issue you a full refund.
To initiate a return: simply let us know your issue by emailing within 7 days of receipt to [email protected] or through our Contact Us page and we will evaluate your request.
We will inspect your package and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, but we we are replacing something broken, we will cover the shipping for the replacement item. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped and in transit to destination. However, simply writing “return to sender” will cause the package to be returned and will we refund the full amount as long as the package is returned undamaged and in the same condition as it was mailed out.
