**IOWA** NEW YORK ** VERMONT**
If you or a loved one are suffering from debilitating symptoms of chronic illness and or just want to improve the quality of your life we now have a certifying doctor in Iowa, New York and Vermont who is able to provide medical cards via telemedicine.
This is an example of how easy it is to get your card in Iowa.
The first step is to book an appointment and undergo consultation and evaluation. This is done the same day in most cases. That cost is just $150 for one year, with no added fees or hidden expenses. After approval with the doctor, you will need to apply to the state of Iowa, and the fee for that application is $100 and valid for one year. Once you’ve submitted to the state of Iowa, their approval and your card will arrive in the mail within 2 to 4 weeks.
If you receive government assistance or are experiencing a financial hardship, the state will reduce their fee to $25. Once your card is received you’ll be able to start shopping at dispensaries near you.
There are five dispensaries currently open in the state:
- Council Bluffs - 3615 9th Ave.
- Windsor Heights - 7229 Apple Valley Dr.
- Davenport - 2222 E. 53rd St.
- Sioux City - 5700 Sunnybrook Dr.
- Waterloo - 1955 Laportes Rd.
The first step is simply filling out the documentation on Dr. Mary's platform, and then you will be put in touch with her and she will send a text right away to set up your appointment, and your paperwork will be completed before you hang up the phone. The entire consultation is performed over the phone -- there's no need to take time out of your busy day to sit in a doctor's office.
Qualifying conditions include: cancer, multiple sclerosis, seizures, HIV or AIDS, Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or Lou Gehrig’s disease, any terminal illness with severe side effects, Parkinson’s disease, or intractable/ untreatable pain.
